On behalf of the entire Hoku team – thank you for your interest in Hoku! We’re excited to share all that is happening at Hoku Solar, Hoku Materials, and now Tianwei Solar USA, our three solar industry businesses.

As we continue to scale-up for commercial operations at our Hoku Materials polysilicon production facility in Idaho, we also continue to expand our downstream offering at Hoku Solar, our PV integration and project development business, and with the recent launch of our third business unit, Tianwei Solar USA, our photovoltaic module sales division. Based in California, Tianwei Solar USA markets and distributes PV panels manufactured by Tianwei New Energy. At the Corporate level, we remain sharply focused on maximizing value for our shareholders, strengthening our management and technology teams, and exploring new opportunities in clean energy.
